Sometimes only pictures or images can show some of the car body repairs that Scratchmaster in Nottingham are asked to help out with. Ordinarily here at Scratchmaster we would only ever advise a complete new roof panel being fitted to this vehicle but our customer wanted a repair and vinyl wrap applying to the roof.
You can see how deep the old filler repair is to the roof which has cracked so badly.
We removed as much of the old repair as possible before using Scratchmaster's dent repair system to pull the roof into as near perfect shape as possible. Only a minimum amount of fine body filler is needed to finish the repair.

The panel repair is straight forward and you can see the repaired area covered in the new primer, flatted and ready for painting.
We now use the colour spectro camera to analyse the cars existing colour and we mix the paint here at Scratchmaster.
The next image shows the wing now has its new colour which is a Syrox water based base coat and awaits its protective clear coat.
With just one coat applied we then apply a second.
