This Mercedes van needed multiple repairs and a new/replacement off side drivers door.
Our customer, a Nottingham based national logistics company, asked us to carry out the repairs and to repair the drivers door without replacement as these doors are very expensive.
Firstly the Mercedes door was removed from the van and all the electrical parts removed. The door was so badly dented that the window glass would not go up or down due to it catching on the window regulator.
All these components had to be removed and refitted when the van paintwork was repaired.
We removed the paint from around the damaged area and repaired the large dent using our pro-pull dent repair system.
The tear in the steel was repaired at the rear and the rear doors repaired ready for paint.
Using our Syrox colour matching system we matched the colour exactly and painted the panels that we had repaired.
