Audi A1 Paint Scratch Repair Nottingham
Damage on white cars is particularly difficult to photograph but this nearly new Audi A1 had damage to the edge of the drivers door caused by the wind getting hold of the door and the door then hitting a wall causing a dent to the door edge .

The door handles need to be removed and a repair carried out.
Again we made use of our dent pulling system and just the slightest skim of filler to finish off.
The repair was primed, painted and lacquered.
You can see that the rear ¼ panel has been painted and lacquered although there was no damage to that panel.
When a damage is as close to the adjoining panel as this we have to fade the new paint into the next panel to guarantee a perfect colour match.

Peugeot Commercial Body Repair

Ford Car Body Paint & Repair Nottingham
This Ford KA had a significant “prang” to the near side ¼ panel. Considering the overall value of the car our customer’s insurers would almost certainly have written the car off as being not economically repairable.

Mechanically speaking the car had low mileage and held sentimental value to the customer so considering also that she had a high insurance excess we took on the repair for her.
You can see from the “before” images that the dent is large and affects nearly all of the ¼ panel.
The repair process involved taking off all the paint from the damaged area, using our dent pulling equipment to pull the dent into shape then applying several thin layers of body filler to finalise the shape and any styling lines that the pane... -
Volkswagen Accident Repair Nottingham
Here you can see a nearly new Volkswagen Polo with a badly creased door. Our panel technician Steve Perry advised the customer that the door skin had wrapped around the inner frame of the door and that a new door was needed.

We priced up the options of a new door and the associated work (changing over the locks, glass, interior trims and electrics) and the fitting and painting.
Steve thought that there was an outside chance of carrying out a repair to the existing door and that is the option that the customer chose.
Steve has removed all the paint from the damaged area and can be seen using our dent pulling system to both pull the dent and shrink away any areas that contain high spots.
