Got hit by another driver in my m135i, badly dented and scratched the rear wheel arch and pieced a hole in the rear door, wanted to avoid insurance so went to scratchmaster and within 4 days the car was back to showroom quality, absolutely over the moon with the service and work provided. Best in the business would recommend to anybody 10/10

My BMW 1 Series had a deep scratch and dent on the front passenger door.
Scratchmaster were very quick to get back to my email request for an estimate. The price was competitive, and they were able to get the car in within a week of my email.
When I picked the car up, it looked brand new. Scratchmaster did a brilliant job fixing the scratch and dent and, without asking, also buffed out some smaller scrapes on the rear quarter panel, which I really appreciated.
Great customer service, and highly recommended!

This was my first visit was after someone had recommended Scratch Master to me. They looked at my scratch and worked on it for 10 minutes, after which the scratch had gone. They did not charge me. this is a first for me. I have now booked my car in for a full polish, a good price given.

After some moron keyed the drivers side door and all the way to the rear of my car, Dean at Scratchmaster Nottingham has worked magic!! What a fantastic job, in fact to the untrained eye you wouldn't know it had ever happened. I highhly reccommed Scratchmaster, the service, workmanship is very professional and Nigel and Dean are good to deal/communicate with. Also Dean said three days and I've collected it on the morning of the third day. Great job from start to finish. A well deserved 5 star experience.
