I cannot rate and praise this company enough they are excellent. Dean was very helpful and friendly and reassured me that when the work is complete I would not notice any repair and paint work had been done on my car, and he was right the job he did was excellent.

Brilliant service . The damage was nasty after an argument with a concrete car park column. It is a fantastic job at a great price. Customer service was that which l have not experienced in a long time. Brilliant for first contact to collection. Thank you so much. Highly recommended.

Popped in to speak with Nigel regarding a couple of minor bodywork issues, the customer service and approachability of the staff was great, I didn't spend a penny but the visit and attitude of the staff made my day.

I had some minor scuffs, which took about 5 minutes to repair and Dean did it free of charge. So chuffed as thought it would cost over £100. Swift communication from Nigel, and Dean was really friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.

Just collected my Citroen from these guys having had some clown put a dent in the back of it and have to say the service was great, on time, on price and generally just profesional. Finish looks great and you'd never know anything happened. In the nicest possible way I hope I never need these guys again but ill definitely go back to them if I need body work doing in the future.

Some kind sole backed into my car on my driveway yesterday, leaving paint damage on my bumper. Unfortunately they did not leave me their number, owning up to the damage which they had caused? I was gutted. I contacted "Scratchmaster" located in Bulwell the following morning and spoke to Dean, he was so helpful and more than understanding of how upset I was. Dean suggested that I bring the car over for him to have a look and assess the damage. Fortunately, Dean was able to re paint the damage immediately, rather than re spray the whole bumper (white car), "although this was another option for me". It looks great now, you cannot see the damage, he did an excellent job, while waiting. I cannot recommend this customer care enough, he was so helpful, did an excellent job, with next to no notice and for a really excellent quote. *****5 stars all day long - Thank you from a very satisfied customer

Customers for life! We had a really nasty scratch from a brick wall down the side of our fiesta, and a dent to match! They were so professional, best quote we had by far, and the time it took to do it was amazing. Cannot recommend them enough!
