Can you match my car’s paint colour?
Yes perfectly. Scratchmaster use the latest car paint colour matching system. We use a spectro camera that takes an image of your cars paint which is then linked live to a live database on the internet. The Syrox database then selects the best possible paint match.

How do I get a quote?
You can call in anytime without an appointment to our workshop for a free estimate, or you can email us some pictures through the Scratchmaster website and we’ll take a look.

For how long will you have my car?
For the most minor repairs you could have your car returned to you the same day however, some repairs can take from 2-4 days depending on severity of damage.

Do you have a courtesy car?
Yes we do and if your car is going to be with us for a few days we do not charge for use of the courtesy car. We do ask that you return the car with whatever fuel it carried upon collection. In other words just pay for the fuel that you use.

Are you insurance approved?
Yes we can repair your vehicle through your insurance company.
