Citroen Dispatch Van Repair In Nottingham

Thieves broke into this Van and stole all the contents.
The Van belongs to a Nottingham Civil Engineering business, Kemada, whose vehicles we maintain.

The door had been literally peeled back from the top and irreparably damaged.
These doors are really expensive so we repair them if we can but not on this occasion.
The door was removed and fittings such as locks, window glass, runners etc taken off door to be re-used on the new door.

The replacement door was delivered by the main dealer to Scratchmaster and we set to work preparing it for painting.
After repairing a few minor damages, where the thieves had broken in, we prepared also the adjoining panels for paint.
We use the panels either side of the replaced panel as what we call "blend panels" this is for colour matching purposes.

When we have put the new door onto the vehicle it is painted along with the blend panels.
Painted and polished the van is returned to our customer.
