New passenger side rear door needed as this one is dented and twisted on just a two week old Vauxhall Mokka.
The damaged door is removed from the car and all the electrical items such as central locking and electric window regulator removed.
The new door is delivered from Vauxhall Nottingham and the inside is prepared for painting as it arrives here at Scratchmaster only in a primed state.
The door is painted internally and most of the electrics fitted back. The door is replaced back onto the car and the adjoining panels prepared for blending the colour.
The three panels are painted and given two new coats of protective Syrox clear lacquer.
After baking the car is returned to the customer.
