Auris Body and Paint Repair

This Toyota Auris came into our Body Repair Shop week commencing 13th December and was finished 18th December 2021.
Ideally needing a replacement door but economically a repair was better for our customer.
The large dent was pulled into shape using our PowerTec steel panel puller and finished off with three fine skins of UPOL Dolphin car body filler.
Several coats of Syrox primer and baked.
After the primed repair area was flatted the Syrox water based colour was applied and then followed up with three coats of protective clear coat.
Baked, flatted and polished you can see the finished repair.
Well done to Jason who carried out the repair which wasn’t the easiest.
