BMW Car Body & Scratch Repair In Nottingham.

Rear end body damages to this BMW 1 Series boot lid and rear bumper.
Traditional body repair to the tailgate but rear bumper was cracked and scratched irreparably (economically).

Rear bumper is removed and stripped of any trims and reverse sensors that are to be used again.
Paint is removed from around the repair area and pins welded onto panel so that we can pull the panel into a good shape. This will help minimise the need for lots of body filler.

When the repair is made good it is primed with a good quality 2k primer and baked.
This is then flatted and the body repair checked again. If we are happy we can proceed to paint.

After preparation both panels were painted in Syrox water based colour and 3 coats of top quality lacquer applied.

Tha car is baked, flatted, polished and washed before being handed back to our customer.
